Living Rhythms are recruiting trustees...can you bring something special to our mix?
Living Rhythms are recruiting trustees to join our board.
Our trustees play an important role in our organisation and take a lead responsibility in helping us to develop and sustain our activity.
We are particularly looking for young people (14+) and adults with the following skills and interests
marketing and communications
community/cultural arts practitioners
African and Caribbean heritage
African / contemporary dance
Youth and community workers
experienced charity trustees
One of our priorities for 2012 is to achieve charity status and we are aiming for all of the new trustees we recruit to become formal trustees/directors of Living Rhythms. The Charity Commission (the regulatory body for charities) has produced a useful guide that clarifies the role and responsibilities of charity trustees. If you have the skills, commitment and 'can do' attitude that our small but ambitious company needs, then we'd love to hear from you.
Either complete and submit the contact form below or phone Cheryl on 07813 979 502. We would be be happy to talk to you about the role or meet you for an informal chat.
